My new roommate is here!!! Guess where is she from

I was trying to delay as much as I can this moment. I also though that my twin will be back and she will rescue me and we will be leaving happy till we will finally have to leave this incredible country. Yeah. Nice dreams.

But it is time to wake up.It is time to face the reality no matter how hard is it. I cannot deny the reality, so, lets fate it!!!

It was on Tuesday night, after having a nice diner with Martha, AIESEC folks called her to say that she is on her way. My new roommate is here. She is quite weird, and in the first night I saw her I was like: Marilina!!! Come back!!! :( But now the things go better. She is starting getting down from the clouds and is adjusting. He is improving a lot! I even start liking her. She is very funny :) )

So, let me introduce her: ladies and gentlemen…… Sidrah!!!!!!!! She is very interesting. She is from Pakistan and I’m looking forward to know more about she and her country. I have so many things to learn and to know from she.

So, my dear, welcome home!IMG_0392

And she’s gone..

And her bad is empty now…

The talks about Argentina’s and Romania’s history are over… The chats latter on night are over…

The midnight escapes to eat ice cream in Mc Donald’s are  just a remember.

There are no more commitments to come back home early to clean the room. She is not here any more to tell me: Anca! what is this!

Marilina left yesterday night to travel around North India for one month! She is now enjoying all those amazing places!

When she will be back I will show you her pictures and I will tell you her crazy stories about her adventures from the north.

Till then, enjoy our pictures: (Thank you Will for the pics)

Today is my twin sister’s birthday!

Yes! I have a twin! I didn’t know that, my mum never told me that. I don’t know how come she could hide this all my life. And my twins mother, how could they do this.

All begin a couple of years ago, in two different, but not so different, countries, in two far away countries, in 2 different continents when My twin and me were born. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, myself in Iasi, Romania, Latin America and Europe, but both Latin.

The story still going and I don’t know how come we meet in India. I mean, what is the chance to meet our twin in a 1 billion population? It is like looking for an needle inside a hay cart, like we the Romanians say.

Well, it happen.

She is a trainee in AIESEC in Chennai and she was in the south for 2 months and after she suppose to stay one month in Mumbai. Her internship suppose to be for 3 months. Suppose! This is the key word.

I am a trainee in AIESEC India and I suppose to stay in Mumbai only a couple of weeks til my allocation, but.. the fate made me stay in Mumbai for all my one year internship.

So, we meet at the beginning of my internship and at the end of hers. It happen in Goa, a wonderful western seaside Indian region and some 2 weeks after in the room that we suppose to share for at least one month.

But don’t think it was love at first side, or we realize that we are twin. No way! She

I was looking at her in Goa thinking: OMG! From where this crazy girl appear? Is she going to be my roommate for the next month? Uh! She’s mad! She rent a car in India to come to Goa. Jesus! What are all those crazy stories from the south, running to catch the train, the bus, the plan, buying extremely cheap cloths, having a loooot of Indian friends?? Weird.

She was looking at me, when we met again, when I shift here, like: OMG! She will be my roommate for the next month??? Uh! I prefer Tulsi – the girl in who’s place I came. What’s wrong with this girl? She brought an iron with her? She is not eating eggs from the street. She is so “fify”.

This is how our “relationship” started. :) ) It didn’t promise too many things, but still who cares? It is only for less than one month.

I don’t know when and how come, maybe the messy or who knows :) ) make us know better.

And the thing is that now people are thinking that we are sisters. There are some that are saying we are twin :) )

We are the same :) ) We plan to come back home early and to clean the bathroom, but we always are extreamly late, but almost at the same time :) ) And when we meet we always start laughing nobody can understand why, but we know very well why. We are the same :) )

We are pressing the snooze button during more than one hour every morning asking for more time to sleep coz we went to sleep damn late once again. And we promise every morning that we come back early and go to sleep before 12. Yeah right! And the night is coming and .. we reach home after 12 again :) )

During the day we are sending emails to each other asking if the other one felt asleep already :) ) Or how wet is , not with the monsoons.

Well, and the time pass and it is been almost 2 months since we share the same room, habits, sometime bags and food.

I’m cooking cakes and she is saying on facebook that I’m burning the flat, but she is always eating all my cakes. I’m saying that I don’t what to eat any more sweets, but I’m eating her biscuits.

We go together on midnight at McDonald’s to eat ice cream. We jump and cross the highway like crazy! We wash cloths everyday!!! and planning new things to do – like going for the KFC’s Browny Ice cream.

She is here near me planning her trip to the North and complaining that she don’t want to go back to Argentina. As I know her so far… I’m not going to have a new roommate soon. She is not going back to her country. At least, not yet.

Ladies and gentlemen….. I have the honer to present you my twin sister!!! Marilina!!!4166_81334743865_754953865_1694901_2334968_n
